New Season, Same old Arsenal.

I am pretty impressed with myself that i did not take long before i write a new post and to let you all know how frustrated i am with my beloved team arsenal. The season just started 3 weeks ago and what more can i say? same arsenal, different season. Nothing have changed with the new signings. 

Some questions i ask myself is what is arsene smoking. Cmon i got huge respect for him and i love how he develop a player. From nothing to something. That is arsene wenger. What have been happening for the past few season is unacceptable. Start of the season you drop all the points you can and when the season is pretty for no one to challenge, they give their all out. Why chase the game always or why chase the table. Can't they do things a bit easier by winning and making themselves comfortable than to chase each game? 

When you got a match against liverpool, you bench your most expensive striker and you beach one of the better defender and a few other players and you give us a starting lineup where you know you're gonna get your ass whopped and on top of that you know you're playing away and what were you thinking coming up with such a line-up? A manager with so much of experience and with such a high caliber of leading big teams can't even have a proper line up or command the players to be more firm.  Seriously arsene, did klopp pass you some of his weed he was smoking? 

WAKE UP your idea arsene! As an arsenal fan we got to deal with high BP, disappointment, insults, being disgraced and mostly what arsenal fans have got is PATIENCE. YES, we have grown to be a very patience supporter of this team and you arsene. Still till today i do trust you and do have hope in you. One thing i do know for sure is all girls would be very lucky to have a arsenal supporter as their boyfriend or maybe likewise all boys would be lucky to have an arsenal support as their girlfriend. Why??? We have been tested and proven that we can withstand anything. 

We have won 1 and lost 2. We are not giving up but we believe this would be a lesson learnt for the upcoming game. Please Arsene don't make me say same old arsenal again. We were ones known as the invincible. Its about time we get back invincible and kick some teams ass. 

Half a year passed in a blink of an eye.

It takes a lot of effort to post regularly and you need to have a passion in writing and to post something that you would want to share be it about your story or on a common topic. 

I have not been active as my last post have been more then a year. We are in August 2017 and all i can remember was wishing and saying Happy New Year and now we are 3 months plus to the festive mood before we welcome 2018. 

Many things happened this year, especially from the period of October last year till January this year. I will sum what ever have happened only did make me stronger. If you all know me well, all of you might know what i am talking about or how i go about things and how i fall each time but try to bring myself up and then falling again and picking myself up.

I didn't want to start my first post of the year in a negative note therefore i felt my journey is a learning one for me. There are many good things that happened and came along at the same time and i am glad and thankful for looking at things in a positive way even though it took time for me to see things in such way.

In life there are many up's and down's. It's how you see things, you could see it straight or from a different angle. The more you see problems as problems, you will start to break. See each problem as a challenge and you might be able to over come it slowly. Each challenges is a learning journey, how you see it and move from it is all in your hands. Believe that you are the force and the power within and strive towards everything you do. Believe in yourself always.

Valentine's Day

In the coming days the world celebrates valentine day. What is valentine's day? This is how the day goes for many. Booking a resturant a few weeks earlier. Calling the florist for a bouquet of roses which use to cost say maybe... $100 would be double the prices on that very day. Some of them trying to get a date just for valentines day and some trying to get the perfect gift for your better half or even trying to propose to a girl on this special day. Yes of course not forgetting the single souls out there who will be spending their time at home so that they don't feel awkward or some just taking it as another normal day and maybe for a change this year watching deadpool. What is so special about valentine's day or what is valentine's day actually? Let me give you all a brief explanation about valentine's day. 

It took place in the third century where emperor claudius II decided that single men actually made better soldiers than those with wives and families, he outlawed marriages for young men. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, went against claudius and performed marriages for young lovers in secret. When claudius discovered valentine's action, he ordered valentine to be put to death. 

Why is valentine's day celebrated on the 14th February?

There are claims that the Christian church may have decided to place St. Valentine’s feast day in the middle of February in an effort to “Christianize” the pagan celebration of Lupercalia, Celebrated on February 15. Lupercalia was a fertility festival dedicated to Faunus, the Roman god of agriculture, as well as to the Roman founders Romulus and Remus. What happens during this celebration of lupercalia??? Well all the young women in the city would place their names in a big urn(some sort a big box). The city’s bachelors would each choose a name and become paired for the year with his chosen woman. These matches often ended in marriage. (well not 100% you are to marry her and it's your choice and after a year they repeat the same practice and this time you some sort get another girl. 

As the celebration of Lupercalia was deemed “un christian” at the end of the 5th century, when Pope Gelasius declared February 14 St. Valentine’s Day. Well this is how the day come about and why we do celebrate valentines day!

Yes valentine's day is about being around the person who you love the most. Spending precious time and going out for dinner with them. Sending cards around to one another. At least know the meaning before actually celebrating it. Everyday can be valentine's day if you love your partner like how you love them as always and not just the extra sweetness added on just for this special day.

Ash Wednesday

Today is Ash Wednesday. It marks the start of lent, a season of fasting and prayer which also means we are 46 days away from easter. We wear ashes on our forehead to remember that we are dust and into dust we shall return. This will be a season where we will reflect, repent and renew as we journey like how jesus did and await easter.

Happy Easter

Int a blink of an eye knowing it's Easter Sunday today and that Lent and Holy Week just went pass just too quick! It's April tomorrow and yes yes 2013 is moving too fast. I have been writing up recently with my poems and will be updating them in my blog pretty soon, till than i would like to wish one and all a Happy Easter, Christ is Risen and that gives up another reason to party and celebrate! August

August have arrived and its the nation's birthday in a few days time. Firstly a pubic holidays after like 1 more plus!!! Have been busy as usual with school, events and shows but doing what you love is what keeps you going and i love what i do and that is what got me going :) Have a great august one and all and a great week ahead :) 

Busy week

It have been a busy week for the pass week with school ending late because of test and only 1 word to describe it will be tired. Yes the traveling is a killer plus ending school at 5:30 aint cool. Glad the week did fly by really fast and it have been a good week and its already wednesday! 2 more days to the weekends!! Shows and events have been coming good for the pass month and also this month, praise the lord. Hope everyone is having a good week as well and are looking forward to the weekends. Cheers :)

Happy July

Just afew days ago i was posting reguarding a song and to think of it, time really have passed by so fast that it's July now. Wow a busy month with alot of studying to do(yes exams as usual), no holidays this month thou and with lots of events and shows coming up it will all be a happy happy July. Have been a great monday so far with alot of fun during the weekends with a one year's old birthday function. Was having so much of fun while dj-ing and it puts a smile on my face because i love what i do best. Have a great week and month everyone.

After alonng time

The last time when i blogged was about a year ago, or i would rather say 11 months ago to be exact. I said welcome to the real world and yes i worked with HSBC after ORD-ing from the police force and trust me the 8 months i worked there was a good 8 months with knowledge and learning new things as i was new to this banking world. After that i started school and to my sudden suprise it have been 3 months in school. Time really do have it's trick on me i guess... Ps:(i will be more active than i use to!)  :) cheers and good day to all!

greetings to one and all, this have been a crazy month and yes it is...have been busy but yeah just felt like bloggin and here i am... tomorrow is going to be a busy day with general elections and come to think of it, it is already may and soon half a year is gone! what i am really looking forward to is this coming july! it marks time the where i serve my country comes to an end after 1 year 10 months. thats all i have got for now, i will try to update my blog often. before i leave, awesome game during the weekend arsenal kicking man utd ass 1-0. cheers all! have a good day.

CNY n Valentines Day

Wishing one and all a Happy Lunar New Year and a Happy Valentines Day.

It have been this special day of this month Feb 14 where everywhere is crowded and a day where you see everyone carrying roses. (Besides that you could barely see anyone carrying a rose). Roses prices are high, restaurant are all packed but this is a day where u show how you feel towards your love one and that is why it is so meaningful and special celebrating valentines day. Pouring out your love and letting your love know that you are their life or you would do anything to be with them and always there looking after them. Do have an awesome time with your loved ones and also do come back and check back on my blog soon for a poem for this very special day. :)
